Before Jake Paul’s July 20 exhibition boxing battle against Mike Tyson, Patrick Beverley, a current guard for the Milwaukee Bucks and former teammate of LeBron James, gave him a warning. Beverly issued the warning after seeing the horrifying recent training video of Tyson.
On X, the Bucks Guard expressed his laughter over “The Problem Child” sparring with one of the best punchers in boxing history. He was taken aback that someone would have the courage to take on Tyson, who turns 58 on July 20.

Mike Tyson will not have the same height or reach advantage as Jake Paul. In addition, Paul is more than thirty years younger than the former heavyweight champion.
Even though Tyson has always been at a disadvantage due to his height and reach, he has managed to record 50 victories, 44 of which came via knockout.

Paul has only faced three boxers in his nine professional fights: Ryan Bourland, Andre August, and Tommy Fury. Paul was defeated by a decision, and Fury is an undefeated heavyweight prospect; August and Bourland are veteran fighters who are 35 years old.

Gilbert Arenas believes that a rigged battle is the only way Mike Tyson can lose.
Basketball players other than Paul George also had thoughts on the Tyson-Paul match.
Gilbert Arenas does not think Tyson will fall short against Paul either. Arenas stated that the only way that could occur is if “Iron” Mike intentionally loses and takes a dive.
“Just an accidental right hook or something, you’re dead,” Arenas said on his podcast. “You’re not built for these types of hits, so if you even last, we already know it’s scripted.”
